Using the CMA Platform

These terms explain the basic rules for using the CMA Platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to use it responsibly and only for legitimate cybersecurity maturity assessment work.

Your Account

Please provide accurate account information and keep your login details safe. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, tell us as soon as possible.

You may request to delete your account at any time through the Privacy Center. Once requested, your account will enter a 30-day grace period. You can revoke the deletion request by simply logging back in during this time. After 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted.

Information You Upload

Only upload company information, assessment responses, evidence files, and comments that you are allowed to share on the platform. Do not upload information that is unlawful, unrelated to the assessment, or that you do not have permission to use.

Assessment Results

The platform helps prepare findings, reports, and recommendations. These outputs are meant to support your work, not replace professional judgment. You should review all findings before using them for audits, compliance submissions, customer commitments, or business decisions.

AI-Assisted Features

Some features may use AI to help read evidence, draft findings, or suggest report content. AI can make mistakes or miss context, so a qualified person should always review the result.

Things You Should Not Do

Do not use the platform to break the law, access someone else's account, test or attack the service, copy restricted content, upload harmful files, or misuse another person's information.

Privacy

We explain how we collect, use, protect, and retain personal information in our Privacy Notice.

Changes to the Platform

We may update the platform, improve features, fix issues, or change these terms from time to time. If a change is important, we will take reasonable steps to let users know.
